Our Philosophy

IB Consulting was created in 2019 to provide ongoing consulting services to our clients that extend beyond a particular project. Whether we are working on a utility’s long-term financial plan, a cost of serve study or redesigning rates, these projects contribute to the overall strategic objectives of the agency and influence other initiatives.

Our approach focuses on only working with a handful of municipalities concurrently to ensure our services generate tailored deliverables and quick responsiveness. Focusing on only a few clients allows a “hands-on” approach to projects that fosters more thoughtful discussions, ensures our availability and generates viable solutions for consideration.

We aim to collaborate with our clients on multiple fronts to provide continued support and develop a holistic understanding of the various challenges facing each agency. With this underlying approach to our consulting practice, we encourage our clients to connect with us to obtain our perspective. We will provide insightful solutions, garnering from our extensive work history throughout the State as experts in the field.
